PRAISE FROM OUR ATTENDEES
WHAT TO EXPECT
We hand-select our speakers from hundreds of submissions each year to ensure you will walk away from every experience inspired and ready to ignite the world! From our Main Stage speakers, to the breakouts, and special activations, you'll gain tools and insight to continue being the powerful innovator you are!
We want you to #LevelUp in your career and in life. We offer a variety of workshops, STEAM camps, round table sessions, resume review and career development breakouts, mentorship sessions and unique opportunities to gain education and training to help you expand your career and pathways.
DIVERSITY CAREER FAIR
Our Diversity Career Fair is always free and open to the public with resume submission. We believe the way to change the current D & I stats in corporate environments is to provide the space for recruiters and candidates to connect and create a diverse workforce. Roundtable workshops, mentorship sessions and an expo are just some of the perks attendees experience.
You go to events to network. We understand that! We believe in building an ecosystem designed to foster a sense of community, not just exchanging business cards. We're here to ensure you meet people who will inspire, support, provide new opportunities, fund your next venture, and who will bring significant value to your career and life. We Innovate. Empower. Ignite.
We take a 360 degree approach to accessibility. From ensuring our venue is completely accessible, to highlighting partners with accessible innovation, to offering interpreters, Wonder Girls Camps, a Mommy Lounge, and special STEAM camps for our Deaf and hard of hearing, disabled, seniors and underserved communities--we go the extra mile to be inclusive.
We curate special activations with our partners and sponsors to ensure unique experiences for our stakeholders and attendees to enjoy. From VR Happy Hours, to Science Fair and Art Exhibit showcases, DIY Cape making session, hackathons for social good, to building games and learning how to code, to media challenges, and our #InvestInABoss pitch competition, we design WOW!
