Varija is currently a sophomore at the Middlesex County Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Technologies. She is a computer science enthusiast with a passion for cybersecurity and a strong advocate for gender equality in the field of STEM. Among her greatest achievements include being placed top 50 nationally in the Cyberstart USA competition in 2020. She is also the Outreach Director for the New Jersey Girl Up Coalition – through which she helps organize events across the state in attempts to bridge the gender gap. She hopes to pursue computer science and cybersecurity in college and wishes to leave her mark in the world and inspire as many other people as possible!
