Sunitha Srivatsa (pronouns: she/her) has over nine years of experience working
at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Sunitha’s journey in the industry began with
building Amazon’s Silk browser based on an open-source project called
Chromium. She is currently a part of Amazon Connect which is AWS’ Call Center
as a Service offering. She has varied experience ranging from open-source
software to device software with Amazon’s digital voice assistant Alexa. She has
spent the last five years building and operating on services with high availability
requirements serving a large customer base. She completed her Masters in
Computer Science from University of Southern California in 2013.
