Robbina proudly calls herself a ‘Geek Girl’ and has a passion for bridging the worlds of Technology and business through Data and Analytics. Her interest in Data and Analytics sparked while completing her Computer Science degree at Brunel University. She was startled, excited and scared at the prospect of how data can and will change our lives. Thus, Artificial Intelligence and Human Computer Interaction became her favourite subjects. Her career started as a coder to database developer to Data and Analytics Manager at KPMG where she translates data and information strategies into information, enabling businesses to transform. Robbina has been mentoring at the Brunel University for 10 years and is also a mentor for the Prince’s Trust Mosaic programme. She strongly believes in developing the next generation, especially the girls, and finds mentoring mutually beneficial. She has a passion for diversity and inclusion, is a member of a number of networks, and is proud to be an Asian woman in Technology.
