Project Lead for Economic & Digital Inclusion | The City of Long Beach
Rebecca F. Kauma is a passionate diversity, equity and inclusion professional with extensive public health, project management and community engagement experience. Rebecca is currently the Project Lead for Economic & Digital Inclusion at The City of Long Beach.
In this role, she is leading City economic and digital inclusion efforts to ensure that low-income communities and communities of color have the opportunities, resources and power they need to thrive economically. Through an equity lens, Rebecca is partnering with the Long Beach community and local stakeholders to advance equitable outcomes and economic well-being for all in Long Beach.
Rebecca has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare Policy from American University School of Public Affairs. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge.
