VP and Business Leader for QuickBooks Payments and Capital | Intuit
Rania Succar is the Business Leader for QuickBooks Payments and Capital at Intuit. Her team is focused on solving two of the biggest challenges small businesses face: getting access to capital and reducing the time it takes to get paid. She has overseen the launch of several key innovations that have made a tremendous difference for small business growth, including a working capital loan that is helping even the youngest businesses access the funds they need.
Rania has a long track record of driving innovation. Prior to joining Intuit, she was at Google, overseeing product commercialization and go-to- market strategy for YouTube’s video ads. Before Google, Rania was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where she advised
technology, telecom, and banking clients on growth strategies in North America and the Middle East. Rania began her career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch advising technology companies.
Given her Syrian heritage, Rania has been deeply involved in creating opportunities for youth in the Arab world. Most recently, Rania co-founded Jusoor (“bridges” in Arabic) a global non-profit organization focused on investing in Syria’s youth for a brighter tomorrow. To date, the organization has helped educate nearly 1,000 young people who otherwise would have been able to continue their education.
She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and seven month old daughter.
