Phoebe Leona's mission in life is to offer people deeper experiences of themselves so that they
have a greater sense of purpose and belonging in the world. She has done this in many creative
ways as an international bestselling, award-winning author, TEDx Speaker, contemporary
dancer, yoga teacher (500-ERYT/YACEP), entrepreneur, and Embodiment Guide/Leader. As
the founder of The nOMad Collective and co-founder of TRIBE Military Yoga, Phoebe teaches
leaders how to lead with empathy and heart-centered guides how to step into their power. She
has been on diverse stages as a dancer, speaker, teacher from Times Square New Year’s Eve
Celebration to USMA at West Point to Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.
Phoebe is also passionate about sharing her own embodiment practice, Mvt109™ to guide
people to better understand how to handle the pressures of life and negate burnout, overwhelm,
