Sr. Director | Mattel’s Connected Play
Phil is the Sr. Director of Mattel’s Connected Play. He leads teams for Mattel El Segundo and Fisher-Price campuses. Phil continues to champion the initiation and development of mixed (connected) play experiences across global iconic brands (Barbie, Hot Wheels, and other licensed brands including Jurassic Park, Minecraft, Pictionary, Star Wars, and WWE). He has more than 20 years of leadership experience at consumer-focused companies where he helped transform business and consumer value through technology. Prior to Mattel, Phil lead multiple strategic $50MM+ deliveries for AT&T, Deloitte, DIRECTV, Mattel, National Health Service (UK) and The Home Depot focused on the consumer, not the tech for tech sake. He is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Global Village where he has participated in home building in Chile, Egypt, and El Salvador. Also, he is a member of the SIDS Alliance. He is a proud husband, and father who enjoys traveling around the world to more than 60 countries.
