Paola is a Design Principal on the User Experience team at GoGuardian, an educational technology company based in El Segundo, CA. Her work mainly involves designing strategies that solve problems for K-12 school administrators, teachers, counselors, students, and parents as they pertain to technology in the classroom. She is an inclusion and ethical design advocate and her design work and professional conversations are typically infused with questions about who we are excluding with our work and why. She is a huge lover and proponent of technology and its potential to revolutionize our future but she believes that tech shouldn’t try to change the world, it should enable those who will.
