Ogay Irono is the Founder and President of TIS Foundation. A native of Nigeria, Ogay has a background in molecular biology and a Master’s in Public Administration and in International Community Development. As a non-profit leader, educator, counselor and mentor, she has been serving youth and families living in poverty in the U.S. and Africa since 1994. Through her work with TIS, Ogay is leading entrepreneurship and business development programs in Nigeria to move women and youth out of poverty.

She continues to leverage her global philanthropic experience and insights to advance economic mobility here in the U.S. As President of TIS Foundation, she is fulfilling her passion for empowering underserved individuals to overcome poverty and fulfill their economic potential.
