I’m Natalie Hall, an experienced executive and life coach and the founder of Elevate Her.

I founded this business following my own experiences of coaching and developing women over 18 years working in the City.

Prior to becoming a professional coach, I’ve been an M&A Partner at a Big 4 Accountancy firm working in the professional services industry for 18 years serving clients in the Tech and Financial Services sectors. I’ve led projects internationally and for some of the biggest global companies managing large and cross-border teams. Over my M&A career I worked on over 100 projects and experienced periods of intense stress and celebration.

In the last 3 years, I was a Talent Partner with the HR responsibility of a team of nearly 200.

I’m currently transitioning out of this role to be a full-time professional executive coach in Summer 2018.

I’m a certified Life Coach and Master NLP Coach and I’m registered with the Life Coach Directory and the Association of NLP.
