Lauren is the VP of Data & Analytics Strategy at LeadiD. After beginning her career in investment banking, Lauren discovered a passion for entrepreneurship and has since been an early employee of two successful B2B advertising technology companies: San Francisco-based social advertising firm Ampush, and Philadelphia-based customer acquisition platform LeadiD. At LeadiD, Lauren is the only woman on the company’s executive management team and has been a key contributor to 900% revenue growth since joining the company in 2012. She is known for her “Get Sh*t Done” attitude and has led efforts to maintain LeadiD’s entrepreneurial spirit through hiring efforts as the company has grown from 6 to 55 employees.
