Krystle N. Gomez is the Founder & CEO of CIMI Ventures P.C., where she acts as legal counsel and business advisor to public and private clients, primarily in the biotech and high-tech industries.

Krystle graduated first in her class in 2006 from the W.P. Carey School of Business and the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University, receiving her B.S. in Marketing, with a focus on International Business, and a minor in English Literature. In 2009, she obtained her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, together with a concentration in Business and Public Policy from Wharton. In 2010, she obtained her M.B.A. from Webster University via a global traveling program in Europe & Asia. Krystle is barred to practice law in California, New York, Washington and Illinois.
