Kathy has been consulting and executing on complex cultural, organizational, and systemic change for the last ten years. She has worked with media & entertainment companies, retailers, city government, and non-profits across the United States and the United Kingdom to help organizations achieve strategic and operational goals. She spent the first part of her career with Accenture where she designed and operationalized large scale change management programs to enable sustainable change. After Accenture, she spent a few years with Slalom Consulting where she got the opportunity to partner with the City of Los Angeles to help the City develop their first Gender Equity Toolkit and revamp Gender Equity action plans across City Departments. For the last year, Kathy has been with The Walt Disney Company where she’s led Organizational Development and Diversity & Inclusion efforts for corporate.
Kathy is passionate about establishing more inclusive workplaces and social environments. She is currently obtaining her certification on human-centered design to enable her to develop solutions that incorporate all unique human experiences. Outside of her job, Kathy co-founded an organization that aims to address the significant gender and sexual orientation imbalance within the music industry by offering sound focused workshops, and a platform and community to sustain these skills.
