As an experienced leader with a passion for assisting people and organizations achieve their goals, Joanie has experience in both the finance and tech space, including executive level management, strategic planning, and policy development. She has a successful record of collaboration with public and private stakeholders and is a seasoned speaker on a range of matters including optimizing data for analysis, trends for utilizing AI to improve financial-close processing, strategic investing, and scaling for optimal growth. Joanie is currently the CFO for VIA Programs, the Director of Finance at Women In Games International (WIGI), and serves on the Board of Directors Finance Committee for Techbridge Girls. She was also recently recognized by the CalCPA and AICPA & Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee as a 2019 Women to Watch in Finance & Accounting Experienced Leader for her significant contributions to the profession and her community.
