Jennie Mead is grateful for her extensive experience in international HR during her 20 plus years of her career thus far. With Graduate and Post Graduate qualifications in HR along with a more recent Masters in Employment Law, Jennie has put these to good use in management and leadership positions across a variety of industries and international locations. Having recently moved on from her position on the Management Board for Gattaca plc, Jennie is now Global Director of Talent for CloudFactory; a technology company with a difference. CloudFactory is leading the way in AI through machine learning and computer vision, but it’s mission is to raise 1 million leaders in disadvantaged locations to develop them in competency and character as well as giving them skills so support their own communities in order to help us address poverty.

During her career she has strived to be a role model to other women, mentoring other women who have gone on to do great things. Jennie is passionate about cultivating empowering environments where every individual has the chance to grow and be the very best that they can.
