Erika Pedraza studied Industrial Engineering and Management at Universal Anáhuac. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universal Anáhuac, she has a diploma in Administration from the EADA Business School of Barcelona. Erika began her career at Grupo Nacional Provincial (GNP) in risk analysis and financial analysis. Later, she worked at New York Life as a regional risk management manager. For 4 years she has worked at the Universidad Anáhuac as a Professor. She has a certificate in Design Thinking from the Universidad Javeriana.
