Erika McKiel is a Diversity Program Manager at Google where she enjoys working with teams across the organization to help build a more inclusive workplace. She has held multiple positions at Google within the technical staffing organization since 2012. Before Google, Erika was a Computer Science teacher and Web Developer. She has a BA in Theatre and English from Santa Clara University and an MFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University.
