Smart STEM, LLC. is an educational consulting company that supplies expert STEM curriculum development, STEM
professional development opportunities, strategic STEM Events, and critical STEM research to schools, school districts, and other educational institutions. What Dr. Toshia loves to do is offer intensive professional and leadership development coaching and training for STEM educators and school system staff respectively, and STEM keynote/motivational speaking services to organizations, associations, corporations, ​conferences, ​and educational systems nationwide. Currently, Dr. Toshia is the VP of Training and Implementation for Woz Ed (www.wozed.com), a STEM Education company that specializes in customized Science and STEM Kits and curriculum. In her spear time, Dr. Anderson can be found reading a good romance novel or binge-watching Netflix shows. She is a wife of 21 years and is mother to one college sophomore and one high school junior.
