Lynda Murray-Thomas is the Director, IT Program & Project Management at NBCUniversal Universal Theme Parks. She is responsible for leading system design and implementation teams, including the successful delivery of EZ REZ™, the first date based ticketing system in theme park history. This system enabled USH to gain operational efficiencies and introduced dynamic ticket pricing to the theme park industry. Prior to joining NBCUniversal, she was a Senior IT Consultant at Disney, Warner Brothers, Tribune Media, UCLA, and various Fortune 100 companies.
Lynda holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University -Long Beach, an MBA from California Poly Pomona, and a BA in East Asian Area Studies from the University of Southern California. Her passion is to increase STEM degree attainment. She is on Board of Directors for STEM Advantage, a non-profit dedicated to providing scholarships, mentorships, and internships for underservered communities pursuing STEM degrees. Additionally, she has championed the improvement of youth and park facilities in the community while serving two terms as Council Member.
