The Good Rural is a nonprofit based in San Francisco whose mission is to provide an infrastructure of programming to promote the emotional, academic, and economic success for communities both rural and urban communities. The divide continues to widen and intentional efforts to support the advancement in infrastructure, culture, technology, and funding. We aim to bridge this gap of access by mobilizing human capital in order to support the basic right of families in these areas and using supplies, events and workshops to connect the community and its partners. In 2022, Delia stepped up and transitioned from insurance account manager at a boutique insurance agency to walking in the fullness of the Good Rural full-time.Her nonprofit has launched three initiatives, Rural School Supplies, Stem Frenzy (festival/workshop series) & N’ovation Lab (community computer lab).
