Dr. Jenkins has a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. She has 18 years of experience in business management, organizational behavior, business law, and technology. In addition, she is an international speaker and has served as a presenter and facilitator at numerous conferences and workshop on topics related to business management and leadership, human capital management, entrepreneurship, diversity & inclusion in STEM, and education & technology. Furthermore, she is a professor at California State University Long Beach, College of Business.

She is very passionate about utilizing technology and innovation, and teaching others how to utilize them, to help solve the problems of today and tomorrow.
