Celine is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) working at the World Bank Group on Financial Inclusion and Digital Economy in Latin America & the Caribbean region. She works on key lending operations and technical assistance to maximize finance for development and to leverage private sector investments for sustainable and inclusive growth. She brings a balance of prudential regulation and supervision background from her previous work at The Bank of England where she supervised Asian banks in the UK and supported the Brexit authorization process for European Investment Banks. Previously to that, she worked in a French investment bank in Leverage Finance in Telecom, Media and Technology sector. She is French and Cambodian and holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Sorbonne in Paris.
