Cara Pelletier (she/her) holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and executive certificates in Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Development and Decision Science from Yale and Harvard. A highlight of her 12-year career at Ultimate Software has been building Ultimate’s leadership development and diversity programs from the ground, up. She’s passionate about helping leaders connect their heads with their hearts, create welcoming and inclusive teams, and lead their teams to greater levels of success. Cara’s also a super geek: She loves 8-bit video games, zombies and Star Wars. She never says no to karaoke. Currently, she and her
wife have two dogs, three cats and two ducks.
