Brianna Cayo Cotter leads Change.org’s global communications efforts and sits on the Executive team to advise on company strategy. In under three years, Brianna has built a team of 30 people in 10 countries, and forged one of the most well known social change brands in the world. Since founding the communications team, Change.org campaigns and executives have been profiled in over 250,000 global media pieces.

Brianna has more than a decade of experience developing creative, effective communications strategies to help advance social change. She has run media and communications departments at Avaaz, Rainforest Action Network, and the Energy Action Coalition.

She speaks regularly with top tier media outlets, and at events like the Sustainable Brand Conference and Powershift about the social good business model, corporate accountability, the intersection of technology and society, and digital activism. She also regularly leads trainings and presentations for top executive teams at major corporations and NGOs. She was recently honored for her accomplishments with the prestigious  ‘Changing the Game’ award by AdWeek and the AWNY.
