Angela Chin, software engineer at Pivotal, currently works on the Cloud Foundry, an open-source cloud application platform. She has worked on core infrastructure components of Cloud Foundry, and currently works on networking topics. Angela is a contributor to and huge proponent of open source software. She has spoken at Cloud Foundry Summit and is slated to present at Open Source Summit in September.
Outside of working on Cloud Foundry, Angela helps lead the Diversity and Inclusion initiative at the Pivotal LA office. In this role, she has spoken on panels and held workshops for groups such as Project Scientist and Girls Who Code. She graduated from Harvey Mudd College in 2016.
