Our names are Alisha and Alina Keshwani, and we are seniors in high school. We are very interested in
pursuing a career in medicine and academia, so we are currently conducting research at a Harvard
University lab to improve outcomes and screening in lung cancer. Through this work, we have been able
to hear from lung cancer survivors and thoracic oncologists, and we have been able to make an impact by
passing proclamations, hosting podcasts, and conducting in-person and virtual events. Outside of
academics, we are huge community outreach advocates which is why we have co-founded a non-profit
called Gemini Co. This has allowed us to connect with historically marginalized groups in our community
and provide them with academic and leadership support through private tutoring, after school programs,
