Alicja’s background is in Film/TV development, production, and talent representation. Throughout her career, she has lived in Los Angeles and London where she worked with top-tier film directors and screenwriters.

In 2016, she was hired by a 360° technology start-up Blend Media where she works as a Business Development Manager. At Blend, she was responsible for building the largest global network of 360° creators as well as producing projects for clients such as a NASA, Facebook 360, and Everton Football Club. She currently helps brands build immersive content experiences to offer deeper audience engagement.

In 2018, Alicja joined a not-for-profit organization Virtual Reality Diversity Initiative as a Development Support to help make the VR industry more diverse through introducing XR technologies such as 360/VR/AR/MR via workshops to under-represented groups. She believes that now is the best moment to shape the immersive technologies community to create diversity and promote inclusion.
