Insights across multiple industries, including Tech. As Founder of Start in The Beginning (SITB)
LLC, she helps professionals and entrepreneurs win hearts & minds by elevating their
communication skills. A native of Senegal, West Africa, she draws from her experience being a
triple minority in leadership – female, a foreigner, and Black – to champion others.
Aïcha is Head of Consumer Insights at Opensignal, the leading global provider of independent
insights and data integrating network experience and market performance. She has also held
leadership roles on Strategy and Research teams at Comcast Business, Xfinity, Independence
Blue Cross, and Urban Inc. She holds an MBA from Drexel University and dedicates her free
time to promoting DEI in corporate settings.
