With a decade of experience in the cutting-edge technology and startup sector, he has an excellent understanding of how teams and leaders work in the high stakes environment of the startup world. Adam has a passion for working with aspiring leaders and teams.
Adam’s work in training and development at Apple proved invaluable to the teams that he worked with and supported. Over 7 years at Apple, Adam facilitated new employee and customer service training initiatives with new staff opening Apple’s retail presence in DC; and traveled across the mid-Atlantic to support and enhance staff training initiatives for numerous Apple stores.
In Chicago’s startup community, Adam worked primarily for the Andreesen & Horowitz backed startup, Hatch Loyalty [previously Belly Card]. At Hatch Loyalty, Adam mentored, trained, and supported members of Hatch Loyalty’s Customer Relations team. While there he also developed and designed training initiatives to help enhance the training practices of the organization.
For the past five years, as an Associate Partner, Adam has been working with The Kedar Group, a leadership transformation organization, overseeing client and business development, expanding TKG’s scope of clients by building a coaching and facilitation practice primarily with a focus on rising and established leaders in both the private and public sector driving progress forward in breaking through unconscious bias and increasing diversity & inclusion within organizations.
