At Wonder Women Tech (WWT) our Mission is to highlight, celebrate, educate, and amplify Women, BIPOC, and the Underrepresented in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, Math (STEAM) and Innovation. We are passionate about creating safe, inclusive, supportive, and resourceful spaces for inclusion, belonging, and reconnecting with our Humanity.
We nourish the global life cycle of the pipeline through equity, access, and opportunity while providing our partners and ecosystem with resources to be mindful, conscious, and build meaningful partnerships and content to create global impact.

We bring together diverse innovators, industry professionals, and learners to gain access to career development, mentorship, job opportunities, and networking to cultivate more inclusion, belonging, and access to growth and wellbeing, so we can build meaningful pathways for successful careers and leadership in STEM and the Arts.

Wonder Women Tech is a global ecosystem dedicated to creating a new paradigm in a world that is filled with closed doors, discrimination, systemic racism, exclusion, and lack of access, opportunity, and real Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that truly impact women, BIPOC, and underserved communities.
We’re a team of passionate activists and changemakers who believe that reconnecting with our Humanity, bringing more mindfulness and consciousness into DEI practices, and work and community environments, are what is needed now more than ever. We build revolutionary partnerships that eliminate performative allyship, and instead create meaningful relationships that are mutually aligned to build powerful solutions and sustainable impact.
We work directly with Fortune 500 companies, government entities, non-profits, community centres, organizations, schools, and entrepreneurs to create a global community, credible resources and tools, expert masterclasses, major global conferences and other events and initiatives that all aim to educate and equip organizations and individuals with knowledge and tools to create truly inclusive and equitable spaces.

The numbers don’t lie. We’re still seeing marginal gains when it comes to building diverse workspaces and cultures of inclusion and belonging. In other words: We are done with “pushing a needle forward.” Incremental change doesn’t work–we need a paradigm shift.

Working Together To Create A Global Impact:
In order to create the paradigm shift we wish to see, we believe that bringing consciousness, a sense of humanity, and mindfulness to our ecosystem, to innovate, empower and ignite change, is paramount.
We partner directly with the mayor’s of cities including Long Beach, Los Angeles, London, U.K., Washington D.C., Manaus, Brazil, as well as educational institutions like New York University, Arizona State University, Cal State Long Beach University, Cal State Fullerton, University of Southern California, New Mexico State University and other organizations to offer our conferences, programs, and Wonder Women Hacks and Hacks 4 Humanity hackathons.
We have worked directly with the U.S. Department of State, Department of Treasury, Prince’s Trust UK, Ministry of Justice UK, Innovate UK, The Rainbow Coalition, McCain Institute for International Leadership, America’s Navy, and many, many more.
In 2015, Wonder Women Tech received the honor of being sponsored and supported by Mayor Robert Garcia and The City of Long Beach by providing a home base for our conference at the Long Beach Convention Center from 2016 through 2022. In just three years, Wonder Women Tech expanded its vision and partnerships globally and doubled its attendee base. In 2017 we launched our first Global Summit in London, in 2018 Washington D.C and expanded to Brazil in 2019. In 2020 WWT launched its first Wonder Women Tech Virtual Summit and in 2021 WWT produced its first ever LatinX Summit, as well as established a WWT Africa team and presence in the Motherland.
To work towards the paradigm shift, in 2022, Wonder Women Tech will focus on TWO Global conferences a year–the Wonder Women Tech National Conference and Immersive Summit hosted at the Long Beach Convention Center and the WWT EMEA Conference in London, which will provide a platform for all of our EMEA partners and initiatives. Wonder Women Tech is also launching its WWT Leadership and Belonging Retreat catered for Executives and Fortune 500 Leaders in an effort to provide immersive and inspirational DEI training and initiatives.
