Dustin Pelloni, CEO | CLIP Interpreting
Dustin Pelloni is a CODA (child of Deaf adult) and has been using American Sign Language to communicate his entire life. From his early days in college he dreamed of opening a sign language agency that would cater to a growing need for advanced-level certified San Diego interpreters.
His interpreting ability was recognized early in his career by Boys Town National Research Hospital which allowed him to work as a professional interpreter when he was still very young. Only, two years later he earned a National Certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and went on to create CLIP – the sole sign language agency in San Diego that employs only nationally certified interpreters.
Previously Dustin has proven his passion for the profession of interpreting by mentoring young interpreters, volunteering as the fund-raiser for the San Diego County Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, and consistently donating his time to events such as Deaf Awareness Day. In his free time Dustin enjoys playing volleyball and taking his dog to the park, as well as spending time with his family and his baby twins.
