Alicia Arroyo Lucas is a Director at MobileNet Services, an RF engineering firm that has been providing engineering services to clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Ericsson and Nokia. She has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, starting her career as a Wireless Field Engineer in the year 2000 building analog cell sites nationwide. Since then she has managed various implementation projects for Nortel Networks and Ericsson North America, specializing in network and infrastructure upgrades. In 2012 she joined MobileNet Services to focus on diversifying services, building the MobileNet brand, and advising on business and policy issues. In 2017, Alicia launched Connecting Women of MobileNet, an internal organization focused on supporting female roles within the company through education and collaboration. She has a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from DeVry University, an M.B.A. with emphasis in Project Management from Keller Graduate School and is PMP certified. In 2013, she was honored with the DeVry Alumni Association Rising Star award and in 2017 she was recognized as an Outstanding Executive in Technology, an award presented by the non-profit Advancing Women in Technology. Alicia is also an active member of the Project Management Institute, Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum, the National Hispanic Business Women Association and is a volunteers at ChickTech OC.
