Sofie Marino, 13, is a high school freshman who currently lives with a family of six and her dog in Texas. She has been a member of many girl’s and advanced coding clubs where she works most commonly in the Swift and Python languages. Official awards include being a participant and semi-finalist of the global Technovation Challenge and an applicant of the congressional app challenge awaiting the final results. When not coding, Sofie has been cast in four musicals at a local theater and sews much of her own clothing.
