Reporting to the HR Director, Priscilla Baffour currently leads on Diversity & Inclusion at ITN. Priscilla is responsible for delivering a wide range of internal and external initiatives and programmes. Her ambition at ITN is to attract, retain and progress people from as wide a range of backgrounds as possible.

Prior to joining ITN Priscilla spent five years at Channel 4 as their Industry Talent & Diversity Specialist, where she developed and ran 4talent, the Broadcasters outreach and talent development programme. Priscilla aligned 4talent with the Government’s Social Mobility agenda and in 2013 led 4talent to win the Deputy Prime Minister’s Excellence Award for tackling social mobility. Priscilla has great knowledge and expertise of reaching out to diverse talent and her notable achievements have been managing and delivering successful talent and diversity programmes; including Channel 4’s Production Training Scheme. Over the past 10 years she has project managed several initiatives with a variety of youth organisations and media companies including BBC, Media Trust, News International, ITV and many more.

Priscilla is extremely proactive about finding and nurturing diverse talent and proud of the number of people she has supported into the industry. For the past two years she has event produced Ted-x Tottenham and has worked with Pop Up Africa moderating African food and pop up retail discussions in the UK and Africa. Priscilla’s mission is to break down barriers, engage with and develop the widest range of talent possible. You will usually find her hosting a panel or presenting at an industry event.
