Sylvana Rochet is a strategic advisor and coach, guiding founders and CXOs on how to manage their internal psychology and interpersonal dynamics, so that they can lead from a place of clarity and confidence. Since founding her practice 6 years ago, she’s coached over 200 leaders at companies like Slack, Apple, IBM, GE and dozens of fast-growing startups around the world. Prior to that, she spent the better part of a decade working in international development, leading programs and teams from Tunisia to Panama with organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the WWF. Originally from France and Colombia, Sylvana is a political scientist by training who also studied Hatha Yoga in India. Her multidimensional background and travels to 30+ countries have enabled her to approach business challenges with a wide set of tools that she loves to share with audiences worldwide.

Sylvana was a Founder Coach for the 2019 Los Angeles Techstars cohort and speaks at global conferences about the human side of leading in tech. She’s a mother, wife, and excellent ratatouille maker.
