Madeline Salazar is first-generation college graduate, an MIT alumnus, a Mechanical Engineer and a leader in the engineering field. She was born and raised in East LA by immigrant parents of Mexican descent. She currently works as an integration manager overseeing the assembly of communications satellites for The Boeing Company and is the Director of College Programs for the Latinas in STEM Foundation.
