Wonder Women Tech is looking for a junior project manager to join our creative visionary team in Long Beach, CA to support the Wonder Women Tech Leadership team as we take on the world!
Wonder Women Tech (WWT) is a global ecosystem, conferences and series of educational programming that highlights, celebrates and educates women and the underrepresented in STEAM, (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) and innovation. Our platform offers a variety of speakers, panel discussions, coding classes, hackathons and other dynamic initiatives geared towards empowering women, girls and the underrepresented, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives, career development workshops, career fairs and more.
Who YOU are:
You have a passion for changing the world! You enjoy communication and writing. You’re super organized, a great multitasker, but always focused on the magic you’re creating. What you lack in experience, you make up for in enthusiasm and willingness to put yourself out there. You’re creative and resourceful, and happy to work independently and take initiative. Good writing skills and creativity is a must. You must be willing to wear many hats and possess the ability to work well within team environments.
Skills and Magic:
Tech savvy with excellent Office skillsÂ
You love spreadsheets, both creating them and keeping them updated
Excellent writing and communication skillsÂ

The Mission:
As a junior project manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:Â
Work closely with our Leadership Team to support their planning efforts
Follow the entire project life cycle, from planning events, to tracking partnerships, timelines and execution
Contact companies and organizations to support relations with our partners
Use social media to promote the WWT brandÂ
Provide administrative support to our Founder
Work with international team to support overall mission of WWT
