Victoria Young helps people and organizations tap into their full potential by finding their strengths and identifying blocks from the inside out. She’s led the launch of uberPOOL, Facebook Live, Facebook Watch, shows on Netflix, including Tidying Up With Marie Kondo, Queer Eye, and Patriot Act, and games at Disney Interactive. Having gotten offers from Google, Amazon, Netflix, Facebook, and Uber, Victoria has launched the A-Game Academy™, an interactive video training and coaching program that teaches a strategic, effective, and specific methodology to talented and driven professionals to help get them HIRED.

She’s spoken on the intersection of culture, technology, and personal growth at TEDxUCLA, Women of Impact, Seattle Interactive, University of Southern California, and Wonder Women in Tech. Victoria holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from MIT Sloan and BA in Mass Media and Business Economics from UCLA. She is a Kleiner Perkins Product Fellow, Forte Foundation Fellow, and Martin Trust Fellow. Victoria is also a Hoffman Institute graduate and meditation teacher.
