Loni Spratt is senior director of Customer Success at Entelo, a recruiting platform helping technology companies efficiently hire the right talent at the right time in a highly competitive market.

Prior to Entelo, Loni co-founded IntelliTalent, an intelligent recruiting solution that helps organizations identify talent at a fraction of the traditional cost. She spent the previous 6 years with JLQuest Consulting, as owner, account executive and advisor to this boutique tech-talent placement firm.

Loni earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
