A model of perseverance & determination, Ms. Jiwani’s efforts to strengthen women’s economic capacity as entrepreneurs & producers has earned her accolades. Prior to joining the UNWNCC, Ms. Jiwani has served the acclaimed global agency Aga Khan Council for Canada where she worked extensively with refugee women. She has expertise in Business Development, Communications, Public Diplomacy Protocol, Public and Government Relations.

She is a powerful & influential speaker & she continues to travel across the globe to deliver keynote addresses,presentations and speeches on improving the status of women. She addressed over 400 parliamentarians from 42 countries on the benefits of economically empowering women and the roles and responsibilities of parliamentarians.
