Whitnie Wiley is the chief evolution officer (CEO) of Shifting Into Action (SIA), a coach, consultant, author, and speaker. When Whitnie began her studies as an applied mathematics student at UC Berkeley, the career opportunities presented were minimal and the role models paving the way were far and few between, so she ended up pivoting moving into a legal career. However, she stayed connected to her first love and earned part of her living as a math and science tutor even through law school. Now she helps professional women build careers that feed their soul, use their talents and gifts, and finance the life of their dreams. Additionally, she provides consulting and coaching services to organizations using a proprietary method that helps them develop and prepare employees for promotion and roles in leadership. Whitnie holds a juris doctor from Alliant International University’s San Francisco Law School, a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco and master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University.
