Steven is a keynote speaker and culture design strategist. He helps creative firms transform their workplace culture through co-creative design. He received his formal training with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California and Master’s in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. He brings over twenty years of innovation leadership experience to the stage spanning across multiple domains including architecture, real estate development, financial services, non-profit, and government.

After serving in key leadership roles at WLC Architects, K. Hovnanian Enterprises, and Visioneering Studios, Steven launched Studio META, a culture design studio. He has also partnered with organizations such as Duarte, Inc., Ideation Consultancy, Office of Civic Innovation, and Design Thinkers Group to solve complex problems and build capacity through co-design.
