Oscar Leiva has over 15 years’ experience in recruiting with a specialty in sourcing. Currently he is a full-cycle recruiter at California Times, which includes the Los Angeles Times and San Diego Union-Tribune and their community and lifestyle publications in Southern California. Leiva started his career in Aerospace then transitioned into consulting in industries like Technology, Entertainment and CPG, including working in large organizations like Disney and NESTLÉ. Leiva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills and has a passion for teaching and continued learning.
