Technical project manager, digital products director, and web developer since 2004, Flores leads redesign and refactoring projects for 240+ international & U.S. clients including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and e-commerce companies, including IBM, New Relic, Green America, Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, and the U.S. Department of State. Because of her interest in online communities, she advises leadership teams on strategic planning, product lifecycle development, and digital platforms. She is passionate about leadership, innovation, technology, and education. Flores is on staff at Lullabot, directed the website redesign for Green America, served as team lead for the web redesign for Ashoka Changemakers, co-founded 10K Webdesign, and leads the Female Founders Network group. She is a recipient of the 2018 and 2019 NTENny awards in recognition of her contribution to the nonprofit tech community. A graduate of Cornell University, she lives in the Washington, D.C. area.
