A full-time student working as a data scientist Iulia’s used to being the youngest in the room, and often the only woman. So she made it her mission to show up in as many rooms as possible.

Her belief is that visibility is the most empowering force to drive change; that listening to outspoken women in STEM and realizing that’s who you can grow up to be is louder than any stereotype or preconception the world can throw at you.

Her next challenge is Amsterdam: starting her data science master at UvA and taking on more business responsibilities, bringing her passion for tech innovation to her network.
