Kristy Ramos has over 5 years experiences work as an advocate, counselor, disability specialist, ADA compliance inspector, and recruiter for the different companies and agencies gave me the opportunity to supervise the team, expand the programs and service to better serve the diverse population, building and sustaining positive relationship with the community organizations and consultant the business owners to address barriers to employment and access to public services in deaf and HOH community. Kristy managed to counsel 2,000 diverse clients not limit to Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, Hearing, Late Deafened, Blind, and Visually impaired. It was a great pleasure in collaborating with the diverse organizations’ leaders and business owners to ensure that implement programs would be successfully support that they needed to succeed.
