With a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Deusto, Mrs. Maguregui has also completed the Senior Executive Program from Columbia University as well as the Global Senior Management Program provided by IE Business School in partnership with the University of Chicago. She is a certified Professional Executive Coach and Mentor and a piano instructor in the renowned Juan Cristósomo de Arriaga conservatory in Bilbao.

She has enjoyed an extensive career in the finance and Real Estate sectors, and her hard work and passion have allowed her to reach the top roles in different fields such as Technology, Operations, Human Resource Management, Auditing, and Risk Management.

She has integrated the Board of Advisors of CIOnet and Larsen, CIOs, and innovation networks operating at a national and international level.

Her commitment to innovation, technology, and gender equality has led her to participate in projects led by her alma mater. She is a jury for the Ada Byron Prize and part of the Inspira-Steam project, which strives to promote interest in STEM careers among young girls. She also integrates the Board of Directors of the International Women Forum Spain, EJEcutivas&CONsejeras, and Ánima.

She is a PROUD Alumni of the University of Deusto.
