Heather Renée Barker is the Founder and Coordinator of the Immersive Design Research Lab at California State University Long Beach. She has presented and published her interdisciplinary work on architecture, strategy, theory and methods in psychology and behavioral sciences, and design-related conferences. Ms. Barker received her terminal degree in Architecture; Metropolitan Research and Design from the Southern California Institute of Architecture in addition to post-graduate studies at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste München (Art Academy Munich).
