Emily’s mission is to help empower women and girls, especially in STEAM.  Emily worked as a bank examiner and analyst for 18 years with the US federal government and is aligning with her passion to coach others in personal and corporate leadership.  Emily is a trained leadership facilitator, a trained life coach, and a Tiny Habits® behavior change specialty coach. Emily is a co-leader of the Data+Women DC group; co-host of the Tableau Wannabe Podcast; founder of the Tableau Fringe Festival; founder of Pretty Strong Smart, a women’s empowerment initiative aimed at school-aged children; and mom to two awesome kids, Alex and Katie.
